This chapter of my life has come about not only by my absolute love and obsession with fashion, but more so because of the need to find myself and my place in this huge world! And now I can halfway justify owning 74 pair of shoes (“It’s for research purposes” is my new excuse to my husband) So I hope you can take away some great styling tips, super cute outfit ideas and more importantly, that you may try something new- and LOVE it!!
As far back as I can remember I have been obsessed with fashion. Right down to my Barbie doll playing days where they actually didn’t get played with… they just had wardrobe changes end on end! And going through my teen years was really no different- the only change being I became the Barbie and changed my own outfits 10 times before I could leave the house. (Ok I didn’t grow out of that, My Husband can attest) And now as an adult I still dream of the day where I live in NYC, have my looks featured in Elle and have celebs like Ginnifer Goodwin call and say, “Darling I need you for the Emmy’s ASAP”. But then I wake up from that day dream to the glorious sound of my one year old son Hudson yelling “back pack” because we are watching Dora the Explorer! Reality sets in fast that I am only a rock star stylist to two people, but I do admit he is a pretty cute client!
So I am going to the edge of the pool, taking the towel off and jumping head first into the deep end of fashion!! (praying all the way down I land in a huge pile of shoes!)
